For the Academic Year 2019-20, the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has launched a new admission portal maha2019cap.org The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has from this yar launched a centralised admission process called SAAR - SETU Assisted Admission Registration for First Year Admission in Engineering, Medical (MBBS/BDS/Para Medical Courses), Pharmacy and other professional courses.

For the Academic Year 2019-20, the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has launched a new admission portal maha2019cap.org for SETU Assisted Admission Registration (SAAR). Students seeking admission in First Year Degree in Engineering, Medical, Architecture, Agriculture, Pharmacy and other Professional Courses should first register on maha2019cap.org .

The Common Application Form for all first year degree students, including medical, negineering, pharmacy, architecture and others, on maha2019cap.org has started from June 07, 2019.

I think you mean to say  that you have filled the counselling form online but you have not paid the counselling fees yet. If that is the case I would suggest you to pay the counselling fees as soon as possible because you wont be risking anything. If you get a college well and good but even if you dont the money would be refunded to you (according to the neet counselling portal) but you wont know if you dont even try. You might miss out on a good enough BDS college if not MBBS.

SAAR are the application forms for DTE MBA/MMS admissions..  While CAP Centralized Allotment Process is the counselling process  by which the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra conducta MHT CET2019 seat allotment   in online mode in three rounds. SETU are the facilitation centres or SETU suvidha kendras and are responsible to Facilitate On Line as well as Physical Verification of

documents for the desirous candidates for All CAP Admissions and should provide the facility to upload the documents if required to the candidate in Candidate Login.. Once a student is registered to a particular Setu Suvidha Kendra, then all his /her communication for entire admission process will be with that particular SSK.

Well,  SAAR are not the application forms for engineering courses in mht cet.
