As you must be knowing and if not too then also I'm going to tell you that SDO(sub divisional officers) gets recruited in various departments of the government such as the electricity boards, irrigation, etc. And their salary varies with the departmental wise and also area wise.

Now if I talk about general salary then it's averagely 23,600-24,000 that a newly recruited officer gets per month excluding other allowances and grades.

Now again if I talk about some of the high posts then the salary also varies from 9-10 lakh per annum at uppcl.
