I hope you are doing well. About your question, Sliding in EAMCET counselling is the option wherin you get to change your branch from 1 to another. TS EAMCET provides this option.
This is done for the left out vacancies in Private unaided Engineering colleges that are filled by the Institutional spot admissions held at the respective colleges.
