Hello Darpan Rohilla, sliding of allowed seat in IP university means to upgrade according to your choice. Those students are eligible who got any seat in first 3 rounds of counseling and hadn't freezed there seat. They get a chance to upgrade their college according to thier choice filled by them if seats are available.
