Hi Rajat
The candidates that belong to NCC, sports, defence, ex-defence, scouts and guides, CAPF, ex-CAPF and anglo-indian categories have to submit their special category certificates at the centres specified by the authorities. Many Universities ask for this certificate.

The special category certificate is the certificate that ensures the reserved category candidates like Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class.The certificate holders have some special reservations and services from the government.
