Hello,

After round 4 of counselling if there are vacant seats then those seats will be filled in spot/special round counselling. Internal sliding is allowed in government colleges which means that a candidate change change his/her branch within the same college if there are vacant seats in that particular branch. It is subjected to vacancy and merit.
