Dear Kumar, There are 2 quotas for NEET that you can be eligible for. All India 15% quota and State of Eligibility 85% quota. Under All India 15% quota, Scheduled Caste has 15%, Scheduled Tribe has 7.5%, OBC Non creamy layer has 27% and Physically Handicapped has 3%. Indian Nationals, NRIs, Overseas Citizens of India, Persons of Indian Origin and Foreign Nationals are eligible for All India 15% quota. A pplicants belonging to Jammu Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will not be eligible for this 15% All India Quota.

The 85% state quota seats as the name suggests includes the 85% seats of the government colleges of the states/union territories. The counselling for such seats will be conducted by the authorities concerned. In order to be eligible for state quota seats, candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down by each authority of the state/union territory. Some states and union territory will also require of the candidate to prove the domicile.
