DIET stands for District Institute for Education and Training exam is conducted by State Council of Educational Research and Training for offering admission for 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education and 2 years Diploma in Pre School Education courses.
The syllabus for DIET includes:
- General knowledge: Current affairs, History, Indian constitution, economy, geography and general science.
- English: Grammar, comprehension, correct voice, correct statement, figure of speech, biography, etc.
- General Mathematics and numeric
- Teaching Aptitude
