what is system generated letter in josaa I'm getting that option in my josaa Portal after paying partial admission fee

Dear aspirant !
Jossa counselling is conducted for admission in IITs , NIT, IIIT, GFTI.
As per the Jossa counselling rules , the system generated letter which contains the information about your allotted seat will get generated only after payment of seat acceptance fees i.e. 15,000 . In other counselling also , eg JAC delhi, IPU counselling ,same format is followed. It is by default set by the authorities.
