If we talk simply Community  health nursing it involves a holistic approach to patient care. Interventions are aimed at individuals, families and groups within a geographic area .Nursing care focuses on managing and preventing diseases as well as educating a community about maintaining well-being  or other words Community health nurses work with people and their families to help prevent disease, maintain health and treat any existing health problems. Community nursing aims to support and maintain patient independence, safety and healthy lifestyle, at the same time as providing assistance to carers.
