Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat does not offer B.Sc+M.Sc IT. Here is the list of dual degree courses offered in SVNIT, Surat

Integrated M.Sc Physics
Integrated M.Sc Chemistry
Integrated M.Sc Mathematics

The cut off in 2019 for these under home state general category was as follows
