there is no categorical fee in college. Reservation category is only used to lower the all India Rank such that candidates who belong to such categories will get more college options for admission. There is no other use of it.

All other service is same for all the candidates. Fee structure is same for all the candidates but may differ by stream. Streams like CSE may cost bit higher than non-technical stream like Civil Engineering.
