Eligibility for LLB in Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% aggregate, in case of reserved category there's relaxation of 5%.

Seat intake for LLB Program is 180, exam will be conducted  for two hours on 10th August for 100 marks, there is no negative marking scheme, each question carries one mark.

Syllabus is divided into four sections with equal weightage(each has 25 questions) namely

• English Grammar, Usage and Comprehension,
• Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability,
• Current Legal News and General Knowledge,
• Social Science with emphasis on Indian constitution and Political System in India
