The majority of UG, PG, and PhD programmes at SRM are presently OPEN for admission in 2021. SRMIST (previously SRM Institution) is a deemed-to-be university that provides degree, diploma, and certificate programmes. In addition to full-time programmes, the University provides a variety of distance-learning programmes through the SRM Online/ Distance Education modality (SRMODE).
