No, entrance exam is not conducted in Delhi Technological University.(UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHI)
Just apply online and admission is on the basis of your 12th marks.
Only 50% is required for in 10+2 for general category, 40% for STs and SCs, 45% for OBCs with English as a compulsary subject.
