Yes,they conduct their own exam but for B.Tech(evening) or B.Tech (Lateral) Programs.Which is also no that easy to pass.

No, there is no management quota in DTU .You have to score very good marks in JEE Mains or Common Entrance Examination (CEE) to take admission in this college.
