What is the admission procedure in engineering colleges after the three year diploma course 10+3 ?

Hi, the lateral entry is the admission procedure for candidates having a three year diploma in engineering. Most state universities have the facility and there is generally an entrance exam for the admissions. You must check the details for the state you belong to and apply accordingly. The degree equivalence for B.E and B.Tech is same. However, B.E is Bachelor's in Engineering while B.Tech is Bachelor's in Technology. The degree awarded is dependent upon the University which is offering the course.
