Hope you are doing well in this scenario. As you might know, admission to MBBS previous years was done through AIIMS MBBS entrance exam. But now onwards, admission will be made on the basis of marks and ranking secured in NEET UG 2021 which is conducted by National Testing Agency.
Admission in various AIIMS Institutes such New Delhi, Bhopal,Guntur, Rishikesh, Jodhpur,Patna, Raipur, Nagpur and Bhubaneswar will be done through qualified scores obtained by students in NEET UG.
Once the NEET-UG results are declared, a cut-off marks list will be declared by the National Testing Agency. The qualified candidates will now be eligible for the NEET-UG All India counselling process .
Qualifying candidates will be called for the AIQ or All India Quota Counselling process held by MCC ( Medical Counselling Committee).
All candidates are instructed to enroll on the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), for the AIQ counselling process.The registration is completed in only online mode. To complete this online registration process, candidates are needed to fill their NEET UG application number,Date of Birth, roll number, and their name.
Once the registration for the counselling process has been finished. This process is concluded with the final submission after completing the 'Choice Filling' option.

Candidates can now fill their choices for colleges. Candidates are advised to choose the college based on your priority and choice.

The process will be hopefully similar to the last year. The MEET exam will be conducted and after the successful conduction of the exam the results are announced. The colleges like AIIMS as per the score obtained by the students releases its own cut off for different category.
Students meeting the cut offs are required to proceed for further admission in AIIMS. Seats are alloted as per the availability.
