For Category-I(Open Market), the minimum age of the candidates should be 20 years, and the maximum age is 31 years or should have a date of birth between 02.01.1988 and 01/01/1999.

For Category- II (Ministerial), candidates must have completed 36 years of age as on 01/01/2019.

For Category- III (Constabulary), candidates should not have completed 36 years of age as on 01/01/2019.

For a candidate who belongs to OBC category there is a age relaxation of 3 years and for a candidate who belongs to sc/st the age relaxation is for 6 years
