There are various factors on which the cutoff depends.This year it might change as it depends on various factors. So you must aim to score more than the cutoffs.

According to previous years cutoff ranks AIR 12000-17000 got admission in IPGMER, kolkata which corresponds to around 480-520 marks in NEET exam.
