Hello,

BAMS is a 5.5 year-long full-time undergraduate course with the final year as a mandatory internship.
It deals with the integrated concept of modern medical science and traditional medicines, i.e. it focuses on Ayurveda. Students are equipped with the knowledge of the Ayurveda medicine system that not only cures and prevents an ailment but also reduces the frequency with which diseases enter the human body.

BAMS full form is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.


Eligibility Criteria for BAMS:-
BAMS admission is offered to only those students who meet the eligibility requirements.

The minimum BAMS eligibility criteria include:-

1.Students must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.
2.Students need a minimum aggregate of 50% - 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10+2.
3.The minimum BAMS age limit is 17 years.
