As per your query, the last year's state cutoff rank for the courses you have enquired will be provided below for Andhra University. Kindly let this be known that they are last year's state cutoff rank & are subject to changes occuring this year.

For BE Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, last year's state cutoff rank was 9772.

Similarly for BTech Mechanical Engg, last year's state cutoff rank was 14314.
