Rank and marks for getting a surgery PG seat at AIIMS New Delhi is highly unpredictable but usually it is been seen in the 2018 exams that in the April exam there is only one seat which was obtained by the person at all India rank 3 and even in the November exam around 36 which Vivek and the last one was occupied by the one who are at an all India rank of 51 so you can expect to be within the top 20 to 30 all over India to security get a chance in to the aims MS general surgery seat

Dear student,
It varies tremendously depending upon year to year.
In Nov 2014, there was just a single MCh seat and rank 2 took it.
In May 2017, there were 3–4 seats and was last taken at rank 51.
I’ll say a rank in top 30 is a good bet.
