Hii,

Package of iit college depends on the college as well as the branch.

Average package of an IIT graduate from BTech course is 10-12 lakh per annum. If you complete your master degree from IIT college you will get Highest packages.

THANK YOU

Hii,

The IIT students who are graduated and placed in good compnies  will have higher package compared to other colleges. The average package of an IIT grdauate differs from his degree Btech/Mtech.

The average salary package of an IIT grdauate from Btech course  is 10-15 lakh per annum. However in some of the IIT's highest package will be more than 50 lakhs. If you can complete your masters from IIT you even get a higher package than that of the Btech stream.

You will definitely get a good satisfied salary package when you complete your degree from IIT.

Thank you.

Hello dear

The handful of students who get offers for jobs overseas which tip the payscales over Rs.1 crore — just five per cent of all placements last year at IIT Bombay for instance — skew the average IIT graduate’s starting salary, as do Computer Science graduates, placement officers at several IITs said. The median — which reflects what the average student is offered — is far more modest; Rs. 8.5 lakh at IITB in 2014-15 for instance, according to Rahul Soni, placement manager at IITB. Data for the 2015-16 season was not available as the process is ongoing. The median — which reflects what the average student is offered is far more modest; Rs. 8.5 lakh at IITB in 2014-15. At IIT Kanpur, the median salary in the Computer Science stream in 2014-15 was Rs. 18 lakh, while the median for aerospace and civil engineering was Rs. 8 lakh. For the first time in six years, the median salary offered at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B) job placements has dipped.

The annual placement report of the institute reveals the median salary offered by companies for campus recruitment fell by 4.3% during the last academic year. Static growth in the information technology (IT) and manufacturing sectors seems to be the primary reason why the annual salary package offered to the average student — which is usually on an upward trajectory — slumped this year.

The placement report put the annual gross median salary for 2016-17 at Rs9.38 lakh, down from Rs9.8 lakh in 2015-16. In other words, half the IITians who got jobs in campus placements last year received salary packages less than Rs9.38 lakh an annum.
