Nowadays AI and Data Science is having it's great demanding edge, as almost all companies are using AI based technologies for their modernization. Since you haven't mentioned any College in particular so it is little bit difficult to predict the exact package offered because the annual package depends on the Institution you have completed your Course in and the Company you have been hired for.

For example, NIT or IIT have better packages than a nregular Engineering College. In general, as a fresher yiu might get paid anywhere from Rs.30,000 per month bringing the CTC to 4lakhs per annum. It might be the same more or less with both AI and Data Science. As your experience increases and depending on the projects you work on and your annual performance your package increases.
