what is the average salary for BE.MBA degree holders after 4 years for fresher if I join good company or normal company

MBA degree holder income will depends on the grade /level of college from where MBA is done. If you are doing MBA from IIMs , Your starting salary would be above 20 lacs per annum. The average savalary of IIM Calcutta is 24.28 LPA. If you are doing MBA from other reputed colleges like XLRI,Spjain, FORE School of management,IIFT, your starting salary would be above 10 lacs per annum. If you are doing MBA from other local college , Your salary would be around 3 to 5 lacs per annum. So, doing MBA from IIM is a god option to get a greater package.
