Dear Ahammed, CAT is the entrance examination for admission to 20 IIMs and more than 1000 participating Institutions. If you crack CAT and join MBA, you gain exposure and knowledge in various aspects of a business like HR, Operations, Marketing, Strategy,etc.Now specialisation is something you need to select in your 2nd year.
