Hi,

JEE Mains stand for Joint Entrance Examination. It is an all India entrance examination.

This is was introduced for the admission of students into various UG or Undergraduate Courses providing Architecture as well as Engineering courses.

JEE Mains can land you into some of the best educational institutes like Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs), National Institute of Technology (NITs) and some other state affiliated colleges.

Eligibility Criteria - The eligibility criteria for JEE Mains is that the candidates applying for it must have 5 subject in class 12th. Students or candidates having only 4 subjects are not eligible for the examination.

BENEFITS

There are several benefits when you clear the examination.

  1. The most important benefit you will get after clearing your JEE Mains exams would be that you will be further eligible for hiving the JEE Advanced Examination.
  2. If you score really good in both the examination that is JEE Mains and JEE Advanced, you will have more options to get into the best as well as the top notch engineering colleges.

  4. JEE Mains also provides the candidates with the opportunity to improve their scores again in the examination. That is why the JEE Mains examinations are conducted in multiple sessions every year. This will also help in saving your year as you have multiple chances to score the best.
  5. Also this kind of system where students or the candidates get multiple chances to increase their score and perform well. There are chances that the candidate will get more knowledge, exposure as well as experience in the first hand of how the examination is and how he/she can prepare for it.

Hello,

Now do you know why are you taking this exam?

Of course my friend to get admission in top colleges and universities. Jee exam is  for Engineering right the better you do it the better are your chances to get in good college.

  • Besides, the JEE exam is the gateway to some of the various prestigious engineering colleges (both government and private) in India.
  • In order to secure admission in top engineering colleges in India (apart from IITs, NITs or IIITs), you should have above 80 percentile in JEE Main exam. There is also an option to appear for entrance exams conducted by various deemed universities.
  • Top institutions like IITs only accept the score of JEE advanced and allot seats accordingly. In the year 2019, a total of 1,61,319 candidates appeared for both papers of JEE Advanced, and among them, only 38,705 candidates have qualified the examination.
  • The number alone reveals the kind of competition you will have to face if you decide to sit for the same. However, it should not daunt your spirit; instead, you should remain confident as a JEE aspirant.

So if you want to do Engineering in best of the best college then Jee is the best option.

Hope this helps!!!

Hello Dear,

The benefits of clearing JEE Main can be plenty. Firstly, clearing the JEE Main Exam will help a candidate qualify to write the exam of JEE Advanced. If a student cracks the competition on both levels, he/she can get entry into the top-most colleges across the country for any major course such as B. Tech, B Arch in IITs. After JEE Main, you have a good chance of getting admission in some top NITs and other good engineering colleges. You can try to crack BITSAT and join BITS Pilani, which has a good reputation. It is safe to have a seat in other engineering colleges.

Good Luck
