For ST candidates always have category seats for any examination or government job service. In every year GATE examination cutoff marks for St candidates always lower than other candidates likr obc or general candidates. So you have this benefits like you can get easily qualified with low marks than others students. And for IIT or NIT college have also St candidates quota so you can easily get seats also.
