The most important thing that you must consider while answering questions on your strength and weakness is that you have to be very honest.Because when you will answer with honesty the interviewer will see confidence and honesty in your face and if you will try to fake it then they will easily understand that you are lying because they have years of experience of interviewing candidates
So, the first point here is that you should be honest with whatever your strengths and weaknesses are. Then you can describe them what your strengths and weaknesses are. For example, someone's strength can be having leadership skills and good communication skills while their weakness can be lack of focus in studying for long hours or being not very good at co-curricular activities.
This is just an example that i gave you, now what you should do is that sit and think what your strength and weaknesses are write it down and then you can say it confidently on your interview day.

In such cases being honest can be really impressive. So you should try to portrait your real life strength and weakness along with the points I mentioned below.
Some of the points about your strength:
- You are determined to achieve what you really want to achieve i.e., Determination.
- You are persistent in your daily activities i.e., Persistency
- You are not a hard working person but a smart person working and you are working on it to made yourself 100% efficient.
- You do what you do sincerely.
Some point you can say about your weakness:
- Can be a bit Lazy
- You can get angry very easily etc
Compose your weakness honestly and then at the end you say to the board members that you are working on your weaknesses and soon be converting those into your strengths.
