There is no course which will avail you to do work in it own time. You have to manage both as at some point work will coincide.

After BSc, Msc is the best option then joining as a  lecturer will be best option. If you want to do PhD then that is also a good option .

Research work will increase your skills and give you recognition for which you can get a job at top universities.

On the part of household , it has to be managed in a smart way so that both will run smoothly. You have to think of ways and contribution from family should be there to make it successfully work.
