Best colleges for MCA through APICET are

JNTU College of Engineering - Kakinada, Kakinada
JNTUH College of Engineering (JNTUH CE), Hyderabad
Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad
GITAM University, Visakhapatnam
Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati
Andhra University - [AU], Visakhapatnam

Based on your rank, you can easily get seat in MCA in either of these colleges as you qualify the expected cutoff for most of them.
