No MBA is tailor made for a particular engineering branch. Say for example if you take IIT Kapur which you have tagged here - The Department of Industrial & Management Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur offers MBA with specializations in sectoral areas of Manufacturing Management and Service Management besides the functional areas of Operations, Systems, Marketing, Finance and Human Resource Management.

What I suggest you do is check all the MBA programmes, check the ones offered for Engineerings - NITIE Mumbai has some and other IITs too, see which sparks off your interests and then check the eligibility. Go for it. All the best!
