Hello buddy, it's depends on your interest if you want to pursue your career in your branch than you can do Mtech from IITS/IISC/NITS, for which you have to prepare for GATE(also help you to get job in PSU companies) and need to score good rank to get Admission in IITs/NITs/IISC or to get job in PSU companies.
You can also change your field from engineering to management with the help of MBA. To get admission in TOP MBA colleges like IIM in india than you have to prepare for CAT exam. Or to do MBA from abroad you have to appear for GMAT and score very good rank to get admission in top MBA colleges of abroad.

1) MBA
2) M.Tech and after that you can pursue Ph.D. You can go for lecturership after this or you can go in research field or you can work in a multinational coporation.
