It depends on you where you wish to do your undergraduate course. If you want to do it in India then VIT Chennai is also a good option and if you want to do it in Canada it depends on the University that i don't know where you are applying but frankly i am telling that most of the student's are wanted to go abroad because studying in abroad sounds better...Isn't ? but at the same time they should be aware that which is the best time to go abroad.



But in your case according to my point of view you do your undergraduate degree here in India either in Vit Chennai or any hi-tech college and there after you move to another country like US , UK etc through GRE or TOEFL that will be better. So , all the best for your future ....do well !!!
