If you want to purse B.A. (Honours) Multimedia and Mass Communication through DU then you will have to appear in DUET exam and the college offer the course through DUET is Indraprastha College for Women .But if you want to career in king term then you will have to go for masters course and then only you can secure a good job.Some job options include Public Relations Officer
Sound Mixer and Sound Recorder
Special Correspondent
TV Correspondent
Radio Jockey/ RJ
Screenwriter etc...
