Hi sushmitha ,

I am happy you brought it up , everyone must know and this awareness needs to be spread amount many.

So initially even I was unaware of it . I looked after it

I did my research .

The case says:

The Supreme Court has ruled that universities, both government and private, cannot increase fees arbitrarily as such hikes have to be approved by the state fee-fixation committees concerned.

the top court had directed that each state must have an independent fee-fixation committee headed by a retired high court judge. The committee's approval will be mandatory for deciding on the fee structure of educational institutions.

I hope I was helpful
