Hello Abhirup,

There is no particular cutoff is determined for those students who want to get admission for M tech Without gate.

Still, the CGPA must be good enough to convince the authorities.

Yes, surely they will check the Semester marks. Not only the previous semester, but they will also track the whole Undergrad's mark on each and every semester.

Not only CGPA is considered, co-curricular and extracurricular activities are also considered during the time of admissions.
