Dear student, there is no such closing rank to participate in josaa counselling. You just need to clear JEE mains 2019 and can sit for counselling. Many candidates opt out of josaa counselling due to the reasons that according to the previous year cutoffs they do not have any chances to secure seats in the colleges that josaa counselling offers. Generally the candidates the top 20 percentile opt for josaa counselling.
