State Ranks were also not released by KNRUHS while releasing the closing ranks. Also in 2019, the stray vacancy rounds only All India Ranks have been given. And you can check that at the official website: http://www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in/sites/default/files/2019-08/MQADDENDUM%20REGISTEREDFORSTRAYVACANCIES201920.pdf . The official website doesnt have any closing rank details.
