Any primary medical qualification which is confirmed by the Indian Embassy as a recognised qualification for enrollment as a medical practitioner in the country in which the Institution awarding such qualification is situated can be considered to be a recognised Medical Qualification by the MCI. In other words, based on the country that you have completed your Medical course from, the Indian Embassy verifies if that course is good enough to practise Medicine in India. Such courses are certified as qualified course. If Embassy certifies that your MBBS degree certificate from Dhaka is good enough to practise in India, MCI will consider your degree as valid and eligible to appear for FMGE. Ypu need to get in touch with the Indian Embassy for this.
After a completion of degrees from a foreign university like in case of you university of Dhaka , you need to apply and pass FMGE( Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) to make your MBBS degree valid in India and equivalent status to that of an Indian MBBS passout.
The degree shall be authenticated by the counsulor section of Indian embassy and you will be certified.
