Lithium has the lowest size in it's cationic form next to hydrogen.So it gets easily hydrated.Whenever an ion is easily hydrated then it's size is increased.So Generally if size of an ion is increases then mobility decreases.Therefore lithium ion has the lowest ionic mobility of alkali metal in aqueous medium.So your answer is correct.
