What is the counseling and what will happen if I will not join?

Councilling means the college admissions department will tell you which all the branches you have as per your rank and how can you join to it ,while if you won't join its no worries you can go for other college while most of the college takes councilling fee and return back incase if you fail to join by reducing few charges while others won't refund make sure you check it before you do
