What is the courses offered by iiser ? Is any course for computer science in it ? Which is the best in ranking from all iiser ?

No. IISERs are primarily pure science institutes. BS-MS courses are offered by them. There is no computer science course. Only pure sciences like biology, physics, chemistry etc. You could check the IISER website to understand better. See this article to get a better understanding.
