What is the criteria of mock up round if it is conducted? At this round there will be TFW quota or not?

I think you have forgotten to mention the examination name in which you are appeared for. And without knowing that I'll not be able to help you as every college have different admission rules and regulations.
It'll be very helpful if you can comment down the entrance examination details. So that I cna clear your doubt.
