Hello,

The cut off marks for current year is calculated by referring the last year's cut off and many factors like the percentile score, overall tie breaking criteria, number of students appearing for the exam, etc.

The last year's cut off for Andhra Pradesh in All India Quota was

540-560 for Open Category

420-460 for Reserved Category

The cut off marks for state quota was

500-550 for open category

400-430 for SC category

380-450 for ST category

450-500 for OBC category

These cut off marks are for 2018 and  will change for this year but not in a very wide range. Therefore, the cut off marks can be referred to estimate the cut off for 2019.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck.
