Cutoff is above 575 to 580 marks and above as per trends in General category AiQ at CMC Ludhiana . Since onky 12 seats available cutoff is very high. Shirtlisted candidates are called for further rounds of selection and then admission is awarded.

I hope you are aware that CMC Ludhiana is a private college and doesn't participate in the All India Quota counselling. Assuming you are asking about the All India Seats under Open Category such that a candidate from anywhere in India who has qualified NEET can participate in the counselling, then given below are the related cutoffs:
- In 2018 MBBS admissions, the last rank to get admission in CMC Ludhiana under Open Category (All India) seats was AIR 20,249 with 503 marks.
- In 2017 MBBS admissions, the last rank to get admission in CMC Ludhiana under Open Category (All India) seats was AIR 21,285 with 514 marks.
