Hellp there ,
Hope you are doing well.See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .
In 2021, the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's cut-offs or may increase marginally.
In 2020, the cutoff score for an EWS female candidate belonging from the plains region was 568 with a closing AIR of 37,187 and for a EWS male candidate it was a score of 568 with a closing AIR of 36,989 through the Maharashtra state quota counselling.
For the hilly region , it was a score of 587 with a closing AIR of 26153 for an EWS male candidate and a score of 587 with a closing AIR of 26154 for an EWS female candidate .
Note that the above mentioned cutoffs are for government medical Colleges.
Now,for the fee structure of all the medical colleges in Maharashtra,I'll provide you with a link below ,you can visit the link and view all required details .

https://medicine.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-private-medical-colleges-in-maharashtra For private colleges.
In case the link is not opening directly, you can copy and paste it onto the search bar of a browser and search, you'll reach the main page of the website .
Hope my answer helped.

As per government regulations for NEET reservation criteria, 27% seats for OBC,10% seats for EWS, 15% seats for SC and 7.5% seats for ST are reserved in Central Universities and state medical colleges.
From total All india quota seats there is 10 percent reservation.
Cutoff changes every year, but i can tell you an estimate that for getting a government medical college you must score 600+.
