JEE Main 2019 is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time & cutoff depends on a number of factors such as the number of candidates appearing in the entrance exam, total applications received for the programme to which candidate has sought admission, total available seats, Difficulty level of the exam etc. So it would be difficult to provide you the exact information.
