You haven't mentioned the name of the college for which you want to know the cut off for b.com in case if you are asking about DU then you need to score between 90-95 % in your class 12 board  examination  to get admission into DU , in case if you are asking about universities like bhu then they don't provide admission on the basis of class 12th marks rather they conduct an entrance called bhu uet , you need to clear that exam to get into bhu for your b.com if you are asking about some other universities then do let me know so that I can help you with relevant and detailed informations. .
